You have a period of 14 days to return (or exchange) the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. Of course we would like to hear why you want to return the product. You have 14 days from the time of the return notification to return the product. The product can only be returned or exchanged unused and, if possible, in the original packaging. The costs for returns are at your expense.

We will credit the amount you paid us within 14 days.

The easiest way is to contact us. This can be done by sending an email to info@addiscoffee.nl. Please state your order number. We will then contact you to arrange everything properly.

Unless Addis Coffee offers to collect the product itself, Addis Coffee may wait with reimbursement until it has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier. Addis Coffee uses the same payment method that the consumer used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to another method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
